Comm Ave Associates offers the state required curriculum for preparation to take the Massachusetts State Real Estate Licensing Exam through Anjos Realty Institute. Our classes are taught by engaging and entertaining instructors offering over twenty years of teaching experience and insight into the exam. There are no boring attorneys reading from a book speaking the foreign language of law. We also offer convenience. You will be ready to take the Licensing Exam in just two weeks. Tuition for this class is $199.00 and a course book is required. The cost of the course book containing all information you will need to prepare for the License Exam and some sample exam questions is $40.00. Exam preparation workbooks will be available at the class containing hundreds of additional sample questions.
